The Role
The successful Private Client Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills
- Advising on preparing lasting powers of attorney
- Estate administration
- Probate
- Trust and estate planning matters
You will be expected to conduct this work independently, having autonomy to handle your own files while working closely with an experienced and welcoming team.

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to form strong client relationships
You must also be self-motivated, be able to keep on top of goals when working independently and contribute positively to a collaborative culture when working in a team. It would also be advantageous if you were STEP qualified or are currently working towards this membership.
