Senior Associate – Private Client
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and growing law firm as a Senior Associate within its established Private Client department. We are pleased to be supporting this respected practice in the appointment of an experienced lawyer to strengthen the team further.
Working alongside the Head of Department, the successful candidate will play a key role in both client work and the ongoing development of junior colleagues. The position offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills and advising on estate planning matters
- Probate and the administration of estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- The establishment and ongoing management of trusts

Requirements:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least five years’ post-qualification experience in private client work. Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts and IHT matters
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
- A commercial and client-focused approach
- A commitment to delivering a high standard of client care
STEP qualification would be advantageous, although not essential
