Senior Private Client Solicitor / Partner / Chartered Legal Executive (6+ PQE)
Cheltenham | £75,000 – £90,000 + Bonus (up to 20%)
Hybrid & Flexible Working | Full-Time or Part-Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Partner, or Chartered Legal Executive (6+ PQE) to join a growing national law firm as part of its expanding Cheltenham office.
This is a standout opportunity to join a firm making significant strategic investment into its Cheltenham presence. Unlike many senior-level roles, there is no requirement to bring a following, with a strong existing pipeline of high-quality private client instructions already in place. The focus is on delivery, development, and long-term growth within a well-supported team.
You will join a highly regarded and collaborative Private Wealth team, advising a broad and sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, families, and entrepreneurs.
The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Wills, including complex and bespoke trust arrangements
- Estate and succession planning
- Business succession and asset protection planning
- Trust creation, administration and restructuring
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax planning and wider tax advisory work
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Wealth preservation and structuring strategies

You will take ownership of your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider private wealth offering. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the development of junior lawyers and play an active role in the continued growth of the Cheltenham office.
