Our Client

Our client, a well-established non-profit organisation with strong ties to Israel, is seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor – Wills & Probate to join its friendly and supportive Legacy team.

The Role

This is an excellent part-time opportunity (25–30 hours per week) for a qualified Solicitor or Probate Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters, while delivering a compassionate, professional and client-focused service to individuals and their families.

What We Offer

This is a part-time role offering a competitive salary of £60,000–£70,000 pro rata. The position includes flexible hybrid working arrangements, an early finish on Fridays, and a generous annual leave package, including Bank Holidays and additional office closures throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Probate and Estate Administration matters from initial instruction through to distribution.
  • Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax calculations and submissions.
  • Draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other private client documents.
  • Administer Trusts and assist with Estate planning matters.
  • Liaise with beneficiaries, executors, families and professional advisers throughout the Probate process.
  • Handle tax matters, including income tax and capital gains tax where required.
  • Providing sensitive, expert advice to bereaved clients

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills and probate law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using case management or CRM systems.
