Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor – Birmingham – Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading national Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor in Birmingham to join its established team.

This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Birmingham offers:

The Role

Develop and manage a varied caseload:

  • Wills & probate
  • Trusts & estate administration
  • Inheritance tax & succession planning
  • High-value estate structuring matters

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise HNW clients on complex private client issues
  • Collaborate with partners on technical and high-value cases
  • Build and maintain client relationships for business growth
  • Contribute to business development & networking activities
  • Support the expansion of the Private Client team in Birmingham

The Candidate

Meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ–4 years’ experience) with strong private client expertise
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of:
    • Trusts
    • Probate
    • Tax planning
  • Experience managing HNW client matters
  • Proven commercial acumen with strong client-centric focus
  • Ability to juggle a complex caseload independently
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ambitious with a drive to progress within the Birmingham market
