Position: Private client solicitor

We are currently partnering with a highly regarded London law firm looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing wealth management team.
This role would suit a technically proficient and commercially minded lawyer with a strong track record of advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and business owners.

Key skills and responsibilities:
- Structuring complex wills, trusts, and strategic estate planning.
- Advising on sophisticated UK and cross-border tax matters, including Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT).
- Providing expertise in offshore trust structuring and cross-jurisdictional wealth management.
- Managing high-value probate and complex estate administration.
