Who We’re Looking For
Head of Department Requirements
✅ Experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong track record managing complex matters ✅ Leadership skills with enthusiasm to shape the practice ✅ Strategic commercial awareness and tactical vision ✅ Proven ability to develop and mentor junior lawyers ✅ Clear pathway to partnership, backed by the firm’s commitment ✅ 6+ years PQE, ideally with senior-level experience
Senior Private Client Solicitor Requirements
✅ 5+ years PQE (essential for ideal candidates) ✅ Specialised technical expertise in probate, wills, LPAs, and OPG work ✅ Exceptional client care and communication skills ✅ Collaborative mindset with a drive for practice development ✅ Ambitious career goals and genuine eagerness for progression
