The Private Client Tax Manager
The Private Client Tax Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored tax planning and compliance advice. This role in Maidstone requires expertise in personal tax matters within the professional services industry.

Description
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
- Provide expert tax planning advice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Prepare and review complex personal tax returns.
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities for clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting private clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client services.

Profile
A Successful Private Client Tax Manager Should Have
- A recognised qualification in tax, such as ATT or CTA.
- Strong knowledge of UK personal tax legislation and compliance processes.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of private clients.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities.
- Experience in Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains tax.
