Private Client Tax Manager
The Private Client Tax Manager will oversee and manage private client tax matters, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in tax services and a proven ability to deliver tailored solutions.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring their tax affairs are compliant and optimised.
- Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.
- Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored tax solutions to meet their needs.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing technical expertise.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of relevant updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to offer a holistic business services approach.

Profile
A Successful Private Client Tax Manager Should Have
- A professional tax qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
- Strong technical knowledge of private client tax, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of private clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
