I am currently working with a growing and well-established professional services firm looking for a senior manager to join its private client tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client tax specialist to lead the compliance team and work on a range of complex advisory projects.
You will play a key role in overseeing a private client tax portfolio, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality compliance service while supporting a range of tax planning and advisory matters including income tax, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts & estates etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including HNWI, entrepreneurs, business owners and trusts.
- Oversee the delivery and review of personal tax compliance work, ensuring deadlines and high quality of service.
- Identify and deliver advisory opportunities across a broad range of private client tax matters.
- Support and develop junior team members through coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider tax and advisory practice.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen client relationships.

About you:
A wealth of experience gained within a private client environment and comfortable leading and managing both compliance and advisory projects.
- Experience managing complex self-assessment compliance portfolios.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to identify advisory opportunities and deliver commercial solutions.
- Experience leading and developing tax professionals.
