About the Role
We are looking to hire a Senior Associate based in our London office with experience of advising high net worth individuals, private equity executives, and business owners on a broad range of complex US/UK tax matters.
We help our clients stay ahead of changes that impact their businesses, navigating complexity and risk. We deliver deep tax technical, people, and legal expertise, while providing the critical context to make informed and compliant decisions. With clients ranging from multinational organizations and public sector bodies to entrepreneurs and family businesses, the work we do is diverse.
Our Private Client US/UK team help our clients navigate the frequently changing and complex landscape of having exposure to both US and UK taxation and manage the international tax environment related to stringent reporting requirements.
A career in our team will provide you with the opportunity to advise clients on their US and UK tax affairs, while acting as a trusted advisor feeding in on any tax considerations to be had when making financial decisions or acquiring assets. You will also help individuals understand where the primary right to tax lies in different scenarios, as well as providing advice on tax implications of movement of funds.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
