With over 45 years of market experience, two banking licenses, and offices in 11 countries, our technology delivers 24/7 accessibility, while our people deliver award-winning service. In 2024, we supported £79bn+ of international payments, reaching 190 countries in 130 currencies. Our 32k+ corporate clients benefit from our regulatory resilience with 63+ permissions globally, access to major payment rails, and proprietary technology.

Moneycorp is a place where energy, commitment to our shared success, and collaboration are core to our values. We’re restless in our drive to surpass the expectations of our customers and unlock opportunities to support them at every stage of their journey. The foundation of our success is our people, and nurturing a culture of belonging for all our colleagues is central to our journey as a global business.

Role Purpose

As a Private Client Partnership Manager at Moneycorp, you’ll be the architect of growth across our partner ecosystem: identifying the right partners, crafting compelling joint value propositions, and orchestrating co-sell and co-market plays that turn relationships into scalable revenue. This is a consultative, insight-driven role where you’ll own the full partner lifecycle from origination and onboarding through enablement, joint go-to-market, pipeline generation, and measurable impact on new client acquisition.

Working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance, you’ll engage senior stakeholders across our partners’ organizations to shape solutions that combine international payments, FX, and risk management, positioning Moneycorp as the trusted partner for individuals navigating global markets.

Private Client Partnerships are typically with Wealth Managers, Family Offices, relocation/property networks, and other trusted providers who advise and help HNW and UHNW clients with their investments, payments, and currency needs across the globe.

Success in these roles means combining your network and market expertise with commercial creativity to deliver significant new partnerships for Moneycorp. Activities such as running joint account plans, enabling partner sales teams, and turning data-driven insights into action will deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, all while upholding Moneycorp’s standards on KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Expand Partnerships

  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and manage new partners in the HNW and UHNW segment
  • Unlock revenue growth by aligning our FX and payment solutions with the strategic needs of partnership clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
