PRIVATE CLIENTS TEAM LEADER

Job Title

PRIVATE CLIENTS TEAM LEADER

Location: Swanley

Office based in North/Mid Kent. This leading non High Street non call centre based Insurance Broking organisation seeks to recruit a high calibre individual to become responsible for managing their busy Private clients department.

Managing a team of 8 staff your wide and varied remit will include the following:

  • Lead the team in line with business plans and budget
  • Look after a select book of key HNW clients.
  • Manage your team for wins, losses, retention, re-engineering and add-on sales
  • Allocate and manage workload ensuring all business is handled in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership, motivation and support to staff
  • Staff Appraisals
  • Identification of training needs, steer training provision and coach staff as appropriate
  • Identify client requirements and devise insurance programs to satisfy client needs
  • Obtain, review and present market terms
  • Provide advice and service to your clients ensuring renewal, invoicing and collection
  • Promote and close additional sales, instruct product / service providers
  • Identify, target and develop prospects
  • Identify client requirements and devise appropriate advice and programs to satisfy client needs
