Role Overview

The role focuses on driving business process automation, AI/Agentic AI adoption for the Private Credit organisation. The ideal candidate will:

  • Bridge business strategy with technology execution.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Agentic AI, and automation initiatives—from scoping to full deployment.
  • Ensure colleagues and clients are prepared to adopt and maximise new tools/tools.
  • Embed process improvements, controls, and governance into workflows.

This role actively engages with regulatory-driven work, ensuring seamless change management.


Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Use Case Delivery

  • Identify, scope, and prioritise automation/AI Agentic AI use cases.
  • Orchestrate delivery across technology teams and lines-of-business (LoB).
  • Develop business cases (ROI modelling, risk assessment, strategic alignment) for stakeholder approvals.

Business Readiness & Tech Adoption

  • Develop strategies to ensure successful technology adaptation.
  • Monitor post-deployment adoption rates, correcting where needed.
  • Create training materials and update processes to enhance user experience with new systems.

Offshore & Near-Shore Process Quality Optimisation

  • Manage transitions to offshore/near-shore centers (e.g., India, Manila) with top-tier quality standards.
  • Develop standardised operating procedures and controls to support uniform execution.
  • Identify offshore-near-shoring candidates, present business cases, and manage transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Embed continuous improvement frameworks—boosting capacity, efficiency, and capability.
  • Lead cross-regional standardisation (including APAC, EMEA, Americas).
  • Develop, implement, and sustain offshore team capability to meet onshore standards via training and governance.

Regulatory Projects & Process Improvement

  • Identify and analyse regulatory impact on processes.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operational teams to implement compliant process changes.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor regulatory change pipelines and drive proactive renewal.
  • Drive automation-driven process improvements in workflows affected by regulation.
  • Escalate breaches? Regularly, ensuring quick remediation and embedding lessons learned.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Influence

  • Negotiate and align with senior stakeholders on change initiatives.
  • Offer expert advice to senior leadership for functional strategy.
  • Address resistance to change proactively, ensuring buy-in.
  • Monitor external regulatory developments (AI/automation advocacy).

Client Experience Governance

  • Oversee client experience frameworks to ensure technology/process impacts improve outcomes.
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders on client-facing changes.
  • Equip client servicing and sales teams for incoming tech/process changes.

Key Requirements

✔ Proven experience in:

  • Business process automation, AI adoption, or digital transformation—preferably within financial services.

✔ Demonstrated ability to identify and execute AI/Agentic AI use cases from inception to deployment.

✔ Strong business case development skills—including financial modelling and investment justification.

✔ Regulatory project experience, process improvements, and cross-regulatory collaboration.

✔ Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services.

✔ Client experience governance; ensuring tech changes enhance client outcomes.

✔ Exceptional business analysis skills—document client requirements effectively.

✔ Insight into UI/UX principles and their role in user adoption.

✔ Proven programme management acumen (multiple workstreams).

✔ Strong stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

✔ Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, high-accountability environments.
