Position: Private Equity Analyst
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100 - $144/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Draft, review, and refine Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks to support decision-making processes for high-impact deals.
- Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents to ensure thorough investment evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors in deal processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout the deal lifecycle.

Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking at the Associate or Analyst level.
- Possess expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft precise and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Have a disciplined, organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously, with unwavering attention to detail.
