Private Equity Associate
Senior Associate, Healthcare Investments
We are supporting a specialist investment platform focused on the healthcare sector in the hire of a Senior Associate to join its growing team in London.
This is a hands-on role suited to an individual who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing across the full investment life-cycle while bringing genuine sector insight.
The Role
- Lead and support the evaluation and execution of healthcare-focused investment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on healthcare services
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, commercial analysis, and due diligence processes
- Take ownership of work-streams and manage processes with limited oversight
- Contribute to investment committee materials and broader portfolio strategy discussions
- Engage directly with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives

Your Profile
- 3-6 years' experience within private equity, or investment banking
- Strong exposure to the healthcare sector, with a clear bias towards healthcare services
- Demonstrable ability to run analysis and processes independently
- Highly developed financial modelling and analytical skill-set
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to form and articulate investment views
- Comfortable operating in a lean, high-performance environment
