An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Equity Associate to join the growing London office of a highly regarded international law firm.
You'll work closely with an experienced private equity team advising leading sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on a broad range of high-value transactions. The role offers exposure to acquisitions, disposals, investments, bolt-on acquisitions, management incentive arrangements, and general portfolio company matters, with a strong mix of domestic and cross-border work. Associates are given early responsibility, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to work on some of the market's most sophisticated transactions.

Requirements
- 3–7 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US, or international law firm.
- Strong experience advising on private equity transactions.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- England & Wales qualified (or equivalent qualification with relevant UK transactional experience).
