Role: Private Equity Associate

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $100 - $144/hour

About the Role

We are hiring a Private Equity Associate to support deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for a global investment firm. The role involves evaluating high-growth technology and software companies for potential investments. You will collaborate with senior investment professionals to structure transactions and monitor portfolio performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities
  • Perform detailed due diligence on target companies, including:
    • Financial analysis
    • Operational evaluation
    • Market risk assessment
  • Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committees and limited partners
  • Support portfolio companies with:
    • Strategic initiatives
    • Operational improvements
  • Monitor existing investments by:
    • Tracking KPIs
    • Reporting performance to stakeholders
