Investment Associate – PE Secondaries (London)
We are working on a confidential mandate for one of the most established and respected private markets platforms in the world. The firm manages over $100bn in assets and has been a leading force in secondaries for more than four decades.
This is a rare opportunity to join the London-based PE Secondaries team as an Investment Associate.
The secondaries business is one of the most active globally—executing:
- LP portfolio acquisitions
- GP-led continuation vehicles
- Complex structured liquidity solutions
Transactions typically range from $50m to $1bn+, and the platform is growing with new strategies emerging.
Responsibilities
You will work across the full transaction lifecycle, including:
- Evaluation and execution of LP and GP-led secondaries transactions
- Financial modelling, portfolio analysis, and valuation of underlying private equity assets
- Due diligence on funds, portfolios, and sponsors
- Transaction structuring and investment committee materials
- Portfolio monitoring and performance reporting
- Collaboration with senior investment professionals across global offices

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, or secondaries
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exposure to PE funds, portfolio analysis, or complex transactions (preferred)
- Strong academic background from a leading university
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced deal environment
