Andesite Partners and a leading international growth equity platform

Andesite Partners has partnered with a leading international growth equity platform to appoint a senior origination and relationship professional for its London team.

The firm invests in high-quality, founder-led and growth-stage technology businesses, with a particular focus on software, internet, data, fintech, vertical SaaS and tech-enabled services. The platform has a strong global track record, a differentiated network-driven investment model and a long-term approach to partnering with exceptional management teams. This is a senior, relationship-led role for an individual who already has deep connectivity across the European technology banking, advisory and corporate finance ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s European sourcing presence, ensuring the platform is close to high-quality companies, intermediaries and decision-makers before formal processes begin.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships across the European technology deal ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on investment banks, boutiques, corporate finance advisers, founders, CEOs, CFOs, chairs, operating executives and other relevant market participants.

This individual will act as a senior external representative of the firm in London and across Europe, helping to drive access to relevant investment opportunities across growth-stage and scaled technology companies.

The role will suit someone who is commercially sharp, highly networked, credible with senior bankers and founders, and capable of converting relationships into actionable investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and deepen relationships with senior bankers, technology M&A advisers and corporate finance professionals across London and Europe.
  • Ensure the firm is consistently aware of relevant technology, software and internet investment opportunities before and during formal processes.
  • Develop a systematic approach to banker coverage, relationship mapping and opportunity tracking.
  • Identify and qualify potential investment opportunities across software, fintech, vertical SaaS, internet, data, marketplaces and broader tech-enabled sectors.
  • Work closely with the investment team to prioritise sectors, themes, companies and adviser relationships.
  • Act as a senior market-facing representative for the firm across the European technology ecosystem.
  • Support direct company engagement with founders, CEOs, CFOs and management teams.
  • Help originate both intermediated and proprietary investment opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear view of upcoming processes, potential recapitalisations, minority growth rounds and strategic capital needs.
  • Partner with investment professionals to assess fit, timing, ownership dynamics and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to the firm’s broader European market strategy and long-term origination infrastructure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
