This elite US law firm is looking for a March 2027 NQ to join its top tier Private Equity practice in London.
This team offers the best sponsor-led M&A work on the market. They work across the full spectrum of private equity clients and the practice handles leveraged buyouts on the buy and sell-side, take-privates, and minority investments in multiple jurisdictions. They continue to grow and invest at all levels, including having made some recent high-profile partner hires.
