Private Equity
Mubadala Capital’s Private Equity business focusses on control and active minority investments in core sectors (media, sports & entertainment, consumer & food services; financial services; business services) across Europe and North America.
What will you be doing?
Mubadala Capital is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for an internship. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities
- Developing investment models and presenting recommendations to the investment team
- Supporting due diligence efforts and managing investment documentation.
- Assisting with portfolio management and performance tracking

What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in investing / finance (either through studies or otherwise)
- Some prior experience (e.g. previous internships) in a related role, such as investment banking, consulting, or other private equity roles
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Intellectually curious with demonstrated passion for technology
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who can independently deliver work
