About Clay
Our mission is to help organisations turn any growth idea into reality.
Vision
We see growth as a creative practice, not a formula. Finding and reaching your best-fit customers requires unique ideas and constant iteration. As AI makes execution faster and tactics easier to copy, creativity is the only lasting advantage. We’re helping thousands of customers—including Anthropic, Notion, Google, Ramp—scale their market outreach through data, signals, and AI research.
In 2025:
- Raised $100M in Series C funding, backed by Sequoia, CapitalG, and First Round.
- Achieved $100M+ in annual revenue.
In 2026:
- Announced a second employee tender offering in 9 months, with a new valuation of $5B.
- Launched a community equity round for customers, partners, and members.
About the Role
Approaching Private Equity (PE) firms requires a new motion—ones that present Clay as a reproducible, portfolio-level GTM investment. You’ll build the framework from company-wide adoption to boardroom-ready ROI proof.
This is a hybrid programs-and-tech sales leadership role, where you’ll:
- Lay new foundations. Connect how private equity firms intra-government and concerted acquisitions with new corporate landscape adoption.
- Own value-driven narratives. Translate technical capabilities into decision-mятой business metrics (adoption, ARR, GM efficiency).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
