A great buy-side opportunity to join a well-capitalised, private equity real estate firm overseeing several billion dollars in assets, with a primary focus on real assets, including real estate and infrastructure, across the United States and Europe.

This role offers exposure to complex European transactions across residential, industrial/logistics, and selected retail assets, with the team executing institutional-scale equity investments involving repositioning, leasing risk, capex programs, selective development exposure, and sophisticated structuring.

This is a true investing seat with immediate responsibility, direct access to senior investment professionals, and real influence over IC-level decisions. You will work end-to-end on deals, from first underwriting through execution and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities across European markets and sectors
  • Build, own, and defend detailed financial models, including sensitivities, downside cases, debt structures, taxes, and joint-venture waterfalls
  • Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, IC materials, and decision-support analyses
  • Support transaction execution, including structuring, negotiation of commercial terms, and documentation
  • Contribute actively to thematic sourcing initiatives across logistics, residential, and related real asset strategies
  • Support the training and development of junior analysts
  • Work closely with asset management, finance, legal, and ESG teams during execution and post-acquisition
  • Engage with external advisors including lenders, lawyers, tax advisors, and technical consultants

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
