Family Solicitor – Stoke-on-Trent – Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
A Legal 500 regional firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Stoke-on-Trent to join its established and highly regarded private family team.
This Family Solicitor opportunity offers high-quality privately funded work, a strong referral network across the business and clear progression within a supportive and growing practice.
The Role
- Manage a private family caseload including divorce, financial remedies and children matters
- Advise high-net-worth individuals on complex matrimonial finance cases
- Handle private children work including residence and contact disputes
- Support clients on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Provide sensitive, client-focused advice on often complex matters
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Work closely with colleagues across other offices
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Stoke-on-Trent team

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with strong family law experience
- Experienced in handling privately funded matters
- Strong technical ability across divorce and financial remedy work
- Commercial and client-focused approach
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Ambitious with a desire to progress in Stoke-on-Trent
