Private Executive Assistant (Private & Lifestyle)

Predominantly Remote | Occasional Attendance at the Principal's London Residence & London Office

Are you an experienced Private EA, Lifestyle Manager or Concierge professional looking for a predominantly remote role supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Principal and their family?

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this is a highly trusted position providing seamless private, lifestyle, travel and concierge support. You'll play a key role in ensuring the Principal's personal life runs effortlessly, anticipating needs, managing complex requests and delivering a consistently exceptional level of service.

This is a predominantly remote position, with occasional attendance at the Principal's London residence and ad hoc visits to the London office as required.

Working Pattern

  • Thursday to Monday
  • Predominantly remote.
  • Occasional attendance at the Principal's London residence and London office as required.
  • Flexibility to support evenings, weekends and urgent matters outside core hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Private & Lifestyle Support

  • Manage personal diaries, appointments, reservations and family schedules.
  • Coordinate lifestyle requests, exclusive experiences, celebrations and special occasions.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive matters with complete discretion.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with private administration, personal projects and ad hoc requests.
  • Source luxury goods, gifts and trusted suppliers while maintaining impeccable service standards.

Travel & Concierge

  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, hotels, villas, transfers and itineraries.
  • Coordinate visas, travel documentation and destination logistics.
  • Deliver a five-star concierge service, managing last-minute requests calmly and efficiently.
  • Research and recommend premium restaurants, clubs, experiences and service providers.

Household & Administration

  • Liaise with household staff, advisers and external suppliers.
  • Support private events and household logistics.
  • Track expenses, invoices and memberships while maintaining accurate confidential records.

About You

You'll have:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting UHNW Principals, families or Family Offices as a Private EA, Private PA, Lifestyle Manager or Concierge.
  • Experience managing complex travel, lifestyle, household and personal support.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury travel, hospitality and concierge services.
  • Outstanding organisational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Strong financial administration and expense management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and digital productivity skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a predominantly remote role while remaining highly responsive and organised.
