We are seeking experienced private equity professionals to contribute to a research initiative with a leading AI research lab focused on foundational models. In this role, you will apply your investment expertise to support the development and evaluation of high-quality financial and analytical content used to train advanced AI systems.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in private equity who excel in financial analysis, deal evaluation, and structured thinking.

What You'll Do
Review and assess investment-related materials, including financial models, market analyses, and deal documentation Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality financial and investment content Apply private equity frameworks to evaluate business opportunities and investment scenarios Provide structured feedback to improve analytical accuracy and clarity Support tasks related to due diligence, deal sourcing insights, and investment summaries

Who You Are
Minimum 2+ years of experience in private equity, preferably at a top-tier firm Strong experience in at least one of the following areas: Financial modeling Market sizing / Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis Investment memos and analytical summaries CIM creation and due diligence NDA/legal document review Deal sourcing and pipeline development Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written communication and attention to detail
Engagement Details
Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week Initial engagement duration of at least 4 weeks, starting in October Potential for extension or rotation into future projects based on performance Fully remote with flexible, self-managed schedule
