Achieve OTE £70,000–£100,000+ with high quality inbound leads and no cold calling.

Are you an experienced Private Medical Insurance adviser with a strong background in policy switching, renewals or retention?

Usay Compare is expanding its specialist switch capability and is looking for accomplished PMI professionals who understand how to review existing cover, navigate switch underwriting and help customers make informed decisions about moving insurer.

This is an opportunity to use your existing industry knowledge in a high-performance environment with strong earning potential, quality inbound opportunities and the support of an established health insurance comparison service.

About Usay Compare

Usay Compare is one of the UK’s leading comparison services for Health and Protection Insurance, trusted by thousands of customers every year.

We provide clear, expert advice to help customers make confident decisions about their cover. Our advisers benefit from an established brand, a broad insurer panel, strong lead flow and a supportive environment in which experienced insurance professionals can maximise their potential.

The Opportunity

You will speak with customers who already hold Private Medical Insurance and are considering their options, often following a renewal increase or a change in their circumstances.

Using a detailed, consultative fact-find, you will review the customer’s existing policy, medical underwriting position, claims history and priorities before comparing suitable alternatives from across our panel.

This is not simply a price-comparison conversation. You will help customers understand the implications of switching insurer, including any differences in underwriting, exclusions, benefits, hospital access, excesses and policy terms.

All customer opportunities are provided, with no cold calling required.

What the Role Looks Like

  • Advising existing PMI policyholders who are considering switching insurer.
  • Reviewing current policy terms, renewal premiums and customer objectives.
  • Completing detailed fact-finds covering medical history, previous underwriting, claims and ongoing or planned treatment.
  • Assessing whether switching is appropriate and identifying suitable insurer and product options.
  • Working with switch underwriting arrangements, including Continued Personal Medical Exclusions and continued moratorium terms where available.
  • Comparing key policy features such as hospital lists, outpatient cover, excesses, cancer benefits, therapies and additional services.
  • Clearly explaining any differences between the customer’s existing cover and a proposed replacement policy.
  • Managing switch applications from initial enquiry through to policy inception.
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering consistently good customer outcomes.
  • Working towards challenging but rewarding quality, conversion and sales targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
