Senior Private PA to UHNW Principals
Location: Central London
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working arrangement: Fully office-based
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility when required
Salary: Senior salary, dependent on experience
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Senior Private PA to join an established UHNW private household team in Central London. This is a second PA position, working alongside an existing Private PA to provide comprehensive and seamless support to the principals. The role is fully office-based and requires someone exceptionally organised, discreet, proactive and accustomed to operating at a senior level within UHNW private households or family offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex personal diaries, appointments and schedules
- Coordinating international travel, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries
- Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive personal matters
- Working closely with the existing PA to ensure consistent and seamless support
- Liaising with household staff, family office personnel, advisers and external suppliers
- Managing personal appointments, reservations, memberships and lifestyle requirements
- Coordinating gifting, personal shopping and special requests
- Supporting private events, family arrangements and household logistics
- Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence
- Managing competing priorities and responding calmly to last-minute changes
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and confidential files
- Providing wider private and administrative support as required

- Significant experience as a Private PA to UHNW principals
- Proven longevity and stability in previous positions
- Strong diary, travel and administrative experience
- Comfortable working collaboratively alongside another senior PA
- Highly polished, discreet and professional
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong IT skills and confidence using modern systems
- Calm, resourceful and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently while remaining collaborative
- UK-based with unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Happy to work fully from the Central London office
- Seeking a long-term position
