Reference: VB7363 Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE) Location: Primose Hill, London
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and discreet Private Personal Assistant / Family PA to support a busy family based in Primrose Hill. This is a varied role combining personal assistance, household management, childcare-related responsibilities, and pet-related coordination, best suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and busy environment. Please note this is a Monday- Friday, on site position.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring the smooth running of family life, household administration, schedules, and children's activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual looking for a long-term role within a warm and welcoming household.
Key Responsibilities Personal & Administrative Support Complex diary and calendar management Organising appointments, meetings, and social engagements Booking travel arrangements and logistics, including detailed itineraries Coordinating pet travel arrangements and logistics when required Managing personal correspondence, emails, and phone calls Running errands and overseeing personal projects Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers Managing household administration and records
Family & Childcare Support Coordinating children's schedules, activities, clubs, and appointments Managing school communications, calendars, and key dates Assisting with school runs and transport arrangements where required Supporting with holiday planning and family travel logistics Arranging childcare, tutors, extracurricular activities, and holiday camps Preparing children's weekly schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day routines Providing occasional hands-on childcare support when needed Acting as a reliable point of contact for schools, childcare providers, and healthcare professionals

Candidate Requirements Experience as a Private PA, Family PA, nanny, teacher, or in a similar childcare-related role Highly organised, proactive, and confident supporting both the administrative and family aspects of a busy household Experience working with children and supporting family environments Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Warm, approachable, and child-friendly manner Ability to work independently and use initiative High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools Full UK driving licence and ability to drive confidently in London is essential

Please note: This position includes childcare-related responsibilities but is not a sole-charge nanny role. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive family and household support, including occasional practical assistance with the children and pets when required.
