Private Property Associate (NQ – 3 Years’ PQE)
A stellar opportunity exists for a Private Property Associate to join the prestigious property team of a leading international law firm. This firm is renowned for its unmatched track record of advising high-net-worth individuals, families, landed estates, and investors on the most exclusive residential property matters across the UK.
About the Role

- UK and international private clients
- Landed estate owners
- Developers
- Property investors
They provide strategic, commercially savvy advice on complex transactions and long-term property interests.
Your work here will be intellectually stimulating and varied, covering everything from high-value residential acquisitions and disposals to:
- Country houses and estates
- Development opportunities
- Portfolio management
- Taxation and regulatory considerations
- Private client and commercial property matters
You’ll benefit from close collaboration with experienced partners and cross-discipline colleagues, gaining exposure to tax, private client, and commercial angles—typically requiring a joined-up approach to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications
This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) to around 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong foundation built within a well-regarded residential or private property practice.
Success in this position will depend on having:
- Experience advising on a broad spectrum of residential property transactions
- Deep technical expertise in property law, complemented by top-tier drafting skills
- Commercial acumen and a pragmatic problem-solving approach
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
- A collaborative mindset paired with genuine enthusiasm for private property law
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to juggle competing deadlines
- A strong academic background in legal studies
- Proficient IT skills, including case management systems

Additionally, you’ll have:
- Been qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – up to 3 years’ PQE)
- Essential experience within property-focused matters (private or residential property ideal, but broad commercial property experience transferable)
