Skybound Wealth Management is a global financial advisory company with employees across the UK, USA, Switzerland, Cyprus, Spain and UAE. We provide tailored financial advice to international clients, supported by expert teams across wealth planning, compliance and operations.
Skybound Wealth UK is the FCA regulated arm of the business, operating since 2002 and advising clients UK-wide. We are headquartered in Bournemouth but open to advisers working with us anywhere in the country on a remote basis.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced self-employed Private Wealth Adviser to join our UK team, with a clear focus on building and growing a client base across the UK.
This role is suited to advisers who enjoy client acquisition and long-term relationship management. You will be supported by a fully licensed, multi-jurisdictional platform, centralised compliance and operations, and Plume, our proprietary wealth technology, allowing you to focus on advice, clients and growth.
Success in this role is measured through positive client outcomes, client acquisition, retention and recurring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Building and Growing a Client Base

Develop and grow your own client book through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive outreach

Convert prospects into long-term advisory relationships

Retain and deepen client relationships over time through high-quality advice and service

Advisers are expected to generate their own opportunities, supported by the group’s brand, network, marketing activity and professional introducer relationships
Client Advice and Ongoing Planning

Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning

Review and adapt client plans in line with changing goals, circumstances and market conditions

Unique to Skybound, have the ability to advise internationally mobile clients with assets, income or family across multiple jurisdictions
What We’re Looking For
Essential
-
Level 4 qualification in financial advice or equivalent
-
Previous experience as a practising financial adviser
-
Commercial mindset with a clear focus on growth and client acquisition
