We are a leading provider of exclusive, high-level summits designed to connect sophisticated private wealth investors with premier opportunities in the private markets. Our events serve the unique needs of the private wealth management community, with a focus on single family offices, multi-family offices, and fee-only Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

We are seeking a Content Manager to join our team and drive the acquisition of high-level investment professionals as speakers for our invite-only private wealth management summits in North America. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing participation from Heads of Investments and other senior decision-makers within Limited Partnerships. Your efforts will directly impact the quality, prestige, and success of our events. This person will be reporting to the Director of Content Management based in our office in Barbados. This is an onsite role based in our London office. Working hours will be 12pm - 8pm (UK time).

Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and build relationships with key investment leaders within Private Wealth. Effectively communicate the value proposition of attending our alternative investment focused events. Conduct intensive desk and telephone research. Write an investment focused conference program. Secure attendance from target speakers through proactive outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, and professional networks). Maintain and manage a strong pipeline through effective CRM (HubSpot) use and diligent follow-up. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and audience development strategies. Consistently meet and exceed speaker participation numbers and revenue targets. Travel to North America to attend the top Private Wealth summits up to 4 times per year.

Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree within Finance or Economics. Eligibility to work in the UK is a must. 1-2 years of success working within the financial services, investor relations, or the alternative investments space. Strong familiarity with the family office and RIA space. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to engage C-level professionals. Self-driven, resilient, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms and pipeline management best practices. HubSpot experience is an advantage. Outgoing personality with a proactive business style to communicate with top managers during the events.

Compensation & Benefits Remuneration: £33-35k per year, plus bonuses. Direct access to the most influential investors and thought leaders in the private wealth and alternative investment space. Fast-track internal promotion and management opportunities based upon performance. Continuous coaching and training on industry, product and process. Travel to 5-star hotels in North America. Employees are entitled to 20 days of annual leave plus bank/public holidays, increasing to 25 days after one year of service.
