What You’ll Lead (Key Strategic Accountabilities)

Student Success Champion strategies that improve retention, progression, completion, and graduate outcomes.

Academic Quality & Teaching Excellence Drive educational quality, curriculum innovation, and teaching excellence.

Graduate Employability & Work-Integrated Learning Strengthen career readiness through industry partnerships and workforce-aligned learning.

First Nations Education & Success Advance meaningful outcomes through culturally responsive and inclusive practice.

Digital Learning & Educational Transformation Lead innovation in digital learning, AI-enabled education, and educational technologies.

This is a permanent, ongoing position that may be based at any of our campus locations in: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Adelaide.

You are an accomplished higher education leader with a proven track record in:
- Driving institutional improvement
- Leading complex change
- Influencing outcomes in complex stakeholder environments
