Probate Case Handler
Senior Probate Solicitor | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | Up to £60,000 per annum

Full-time, Permanent | Join the UK’s fastest-growing probate business At Dignity Legal Services (formerly Farewill Probate), we’re reshaping the probate industry through a combination of technology, compassion, and legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a core role in end-to-end probate delivery, collaborating with:
- Product & tech teams to innovate service delivery.
- Operations to refine processes for efficiency growth.
- Clients, escalation management, and internal mentorship.
Core Tasks Include
- Managing complex probate and estate administration (from simple to high-value).
- Direct client communications (expectations, empathy, and seamless delivery).
- Legal drafting (inheritance tax forms (IHT), grant applications, estate accounts).
- Ensuring SRA compliance and adherence to internal governance.
- Supervising apprentices, paralegals, and administrators.
- Driving process improvements, including adopting legal-tech and AI solutions.
- Leadership role in cross-departmental projects and client escalations.

What We’re Looking For
A qualified Solicitor, Paralegal, or Chartered Legal Executive with:
- Robust probate experience—comfortable handling complexity independently.
- A balance of confidence and empathy, understanding the emotional weight of family crises.
- Passion for scale and progress—motivated by real-world leadership stakes.
