A Hybrid working model

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

Department Summary   VFX is delivered across multiple disciplines, channels, clients and products. We create animated characters, full computer-generated product configurators with millions of variations, computer-generated products with AI generated images, photo-real, real-time environments, water simulations, digital twins and much more.

The department includes all the usual computer graphics disciplines from modellers, animators, lighters to pipeline developers and producers, both onshore and offshore, supporting global and local client needs.

What does a 'Procedural' 2D Supervisor do at WPP Production?  Proceduralism relies on broken down published components, logical structures and parameters to construct CGI at scale with code rather than manual effort. Procedural Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of these conventions. This role involves working closely with Python developers to define procedural specifications to generate and control 2D files.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
