Senior Process & Accountability Manager – Sizewell C Civil Works Alliance (CWA)

Be part of this ‘once in a generation’ project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. The 3.2-GW nuclear power station Sizewell C, located on the Suffolk coast, will produce reliable, low-carbon electricity—a cornerstone of the UK’s sustainable energy future.

The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) unites Sizewell C with three international construction partners:

  • Balfour Beatty
  • Bouygues Travaux Publics
  • Laing O’Rourke

Together, they form a cohesive delivery enterprise leveraging global experience from landmark infrastructure projects.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Process & Accountability Manager to help deliver Sizewell C—supporting one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes. This role demands the ability to simplify complexity, embed accountability, and drive operational excellence across a large, multi-functional team.

If you thrive in complex environments, excel at translating systems into clear, actionable steps, and champion continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.

What the Role Involves

  • Process Design & Documentation
    • Support the lead in designing and mapping key processes within the Civil Works Alliance
    • Translate these processes into clear, visual flowcharts and practical ‘how-to’ user guides embedded in the Integrated Management System (IMS)
    • Create process maps and swim lanes to ensure clarity across the alliance’s collaborative structures

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
