About the Role
You won’t just be mapping processes—you’ll architect the future of Supply’s AI-driven transformation. This autonomous role empowers you to identify programmatic friction, solve complex operational challenges, and scale globally through intelligent automation, Generative AI, and scalable workflows. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and supplier partners to reshape how ** memoir-making travel experiences** are created, fulfilled, and scaled.
As Process Automation Lead, you’ll act as the bridge between operational inefficiencies and future-forward AI solutions, driving measurable 10x impact by:
- Reimagining workflows with AI agents & automation
- Defining new ways of operating underpinned by predictive analytics & intelligent decision-making
- Ensuring cross-organisational alignment across Product, Data, Legal, Security, Compliance & Engineering
Hands on, high-impact, and globally scaled—this role shapes the future of the 300,000+ Viator experience marketplace.
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days/week in London office)

Strategic Process Mapping Partner with Supply teams to diagnose high-friction workflows, operational bottlenecks, and AI/automation opportunities, ensuring initiatives deliver real business ROI.

AI-Driven Operational Transformation Translate emerging AI (Generative AI, agents/applications, workflow automation) into scalable solutions that: ✔️ Boost productivity for internal teams ✔️ Enhance supplier experience on the Viator marketplace ✔️ Enable global scalability for growth initiatives

Solution Design & Automation Design, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools that streamline processes, eliminate manual effort, and future-proof Viator’s operations against rapid industry changes.

Full-Lifecycle Ownership Lead initiatives from opportunity discovery to implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous optimisation, ensuring longevity & business alignment.

Cross-Functional Leadership Bridge business challenges and technical solutions, partnering with:
- Product & Engineering teams
- Data Science (LLMs, analytics)
- Legal (security, compliance)
- Global Supporter Ecosystems (strategic suppliers)
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
✔ AI/Automation Experience Minimum 5 years in sales, marketing, or operations, with 1+ years focused on applied Artificial Intelligence (LLM, Generative AI, or intelligent automation).
✔ Technical Depth Proven expertise in:
- LLM capabilities/limitations & prompt design engineering
- AI agent orchestration
- Workflow automation tools Rapid prototyping & demonstrating enterprise-grade solutions
✔ Business & Technical Translation Ability to simplify technical frameworks for non-technical stakeholders and listen critically to process Pain Points to turn them into actionable AI recommendations.
✔ Operational Jury-Rigging 500M+ proven impact from driving process optimization, automation adoptions, or AI tool rollouts. Experience leading matrix teams in hybrid/global environments.
✔ Intrapsychic Agility Problem-soler, not just solvable: Comfortable with ambiguity, tolerant of failure, and energized by experimentation. Empathetic with both business and technical risks.
Bonus Skills
- Formal qualification in executive data science, computer science, or operations research
- Experience with enterprise platforms (Airflow, Zapier, Make, Salesforce/Workday)
- Supply chain or logistics tech knowledge
- Tech sales enablement (omni-channel interactions/Widden parlance)
