About the Job
- Support the UK strategic aims by implementing tactical and strategic Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to reduce process-related costs and risks
- Assess process viability and prioritize automation opportunities with business stakeholders
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions based on existing standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and maintain all RPA documentation and artifacts
- Collaborate with local and global IT teams to support the implementation and ongoing management of automation solutions
- Drive the adoption of a change culture around RPA within the UK business

What Will You Bring to the Global Premium Automotive Brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration (IT focus), or a related field
- Professional qualifications or experience in RPA development (UiPath preferred)
- Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB, Java, Python, or similar
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Experience in automotive or financial services sectors is desirable
- Ability to work independently, adapt to rapidly evolving technology landscapes, and influence cross-functional teams
- This role is ideal for someone motivated to innovate and optimize business processes through automation while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Compensation
- We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus
- You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays
- There’s free on-site parking available and you’ll have access to a subsidized restaurant
- We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
