Process & Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator – Flooring Systems (Forbo)
Flooring Systems is a leader in environmentally friendly flooring solutions, including linoleum, vinyl floors, entrance matting, carpet tiles and high-quality textile solutions. With 70% market share for linoleum, Forbo specialises in durable, sustainable products for public buildings, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail, hospitality, commercial and residential spaces. With over 150 years of industry experience, we design and manufacture flooring trusted on major projects worldwide.
Our Process & Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator will drive operational excellence by leading sustainable growth initiatives.
About the Role
Join Forbo’s global commercial flooring team as a Process & Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimising manufacturing processes and delivering operational efficiencies.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and supply chain teams to enhance processes and efficiencies
- Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause investigations
- Support standardisation of processes, procedures and operational best practices
- Assist in waste reduction, productivity improvement, and operational performance projects
- Monitor and report on improvement activities and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence company-wide
The Ideal Candidate
- A self-motivated, proactive individual with a continuous improvement mindset
- Someone comfortable engaging and collaborating across all business levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, resilient attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes, flow and operational metrics
- Advantageous: Previous experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies
- Desirable: Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
