Location: Blenheim Road, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Wage: £14.61 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 16:45–01:15
About the Role

Join Pilgrim’s Europe in Ashbourne as a Process Controller. You will be a key contributor to ensuring product quality and production standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess production processes to meet product and customer specifications
- Carry out accurate and timely checks to minimise disruption to workflow
- Record production and quality data clearly and precisely
- Promptly report any issues to management for corrective action
- Ensure all equipment remains available, functional, and within specifications
- Comply with Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Food Safety regulations
- Support smooth shift handovers
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to environmental sustainability and waste reduction efforts
