Job Summary
The Process Engineer will responsible for analysing, designing, and optimising operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to drive system-wide excavation through innovations, data insights, and streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions across workflows.
- Lead lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage operational data to identify performance gaps, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
- Create KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven reports for strategic decision-making.
- Perform time studies, capacity planning, and workflow analyses to quantify improvements.
Project Management
- Lead process improvement and operational project initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) for seamless implementation.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and ROI quantification.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, health & safety protocols, and JD Logistics norms.
- Participate in audits, process reviews, and quality management frameworks.
Training & Stakeholder Management
- Train operational teams and managers on new processes and best practices.
- Fosters strong relationships with Internal/External Stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, and partners).

Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, data analysis tools, and process mapping methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, LMS, or operational management systems (e.g., Rabil, Infor, Oracle).
- Comfortable using Power BI, SQL-based reporting, or BI tools for advanced analytics.
