In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for commercial manufacturing operations, providing technical leadership across process troubleshooting, deviation investigations, continuous improvement initiatives, validation activities, and capital projects. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, validation, and external partners to ensure robust, efficient, and compliant production processes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background within pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments, coupled with proven experience supporting commercial production operations. You will be comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, solving complex technical challenges, and leading projects from concept through implementation.
This role is ideal for experienced Process Engineers looking to take on greater technical ownership, or for established manufacturing and process engineering professionals seeking a broader position with significant influence across site operations and strategic improvement initiatives.

The Role:
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for commercial manufacturing processes
- Lead process investigations, root cause analysis activities, and deviation resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence
- Support the installation, validation, and implementation of new process equipment
Who We're Looking For:
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Significant experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting process improvements, investigations, validation activities, and technical projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and external partners
