At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, innovative, and driven leaders. If you would like to help us build the place to find and buy anything online, this is your chance to make history and be involved in growing our business by leading and supporting new building expansion and change. The Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) organization within Tech – Supply Chain is growing globally to improve our responsiveness to our customers.
Tech – Supply Chain manages all IT infrastructure and end-user equipment deployed across Amazon's network globally. The team is responsible for providing end-to-end solutions that include lifecycle management, change control, capital/demand planning, material management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and liquidation. Our initiatives deliver on the solutions that power the physical fulfillment of our customers' orders, including management of new site launches across the globe that directly support shipping packages to millions of Amazon.com customers. RAD is the physical warehouse network that fulfill these orders, handling the hands-on preparation, deployment, and recovery of IT equipment at scale.
The Process Engineering team converts network strategies and operational standards into executable engineering solutions that power device fulfillment, value-added services, and reverse logistics across the RAD network. The team's work directly influences more than 300 Tier 1 associates and generates over $2M in recurring annual savings through workflow optimization, throughput improvements, and defect prevention. Process Engineers designs and continuously improves the physical workflows and engineering systems that support fulfillment operations. By optimizing layouts, engineering scalable workstations, and validating system interactions between tools, labour, and infrastructure, the team ensures RAD can expand fulfillment capacity while maintaining safety, operational efficiency, and service reliability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
