What you’ll be doing

  • Provide technical support to production teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
  • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot process issues affecting safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance.
  • Support plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational transitions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and improve process efficiency, equipment utilization, and product yield.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries
  • Strong knowledge of unit operations, including reaction, distillation, crystallization, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery.
  • Experience with process optimization, production troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
  • Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, and Management of Change (MOC).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
