What you’ll be doing
- Provide technical support to production teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot process issues affecting safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance.
- Support plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational transitions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and improve process efficiency, equipment utilization, and product yield.

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries
- Strong knowledge of unit operations, including reaction, distillation, crystallization, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery.
- Experience with process optimization, production troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, and Management of Change (MOC).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
