We are supporting a well-established and fast-growing UK manufacturing business on a significant SAP ERP transformation and are looking for a Process Expert to help shape the future of its operations. This is a chance to be at the heart of change. The business brings together people, innovation and engineering excellence to deliver market-leading products and this role will ensure operational processes are aligned, simplified and ready for the next generation ERP environment.
The Role
Working closely with operational teams and the ERP programme, you will act as the bridge between the business and SAP, ensuring current processes, future requirements and operational priorities are reflected throughout the programme.

What You Will Do
- Map and improve end-to-end business processes.
- Support the design of future SAP-enabled ways of working.
- Champion process standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Act as the operational link between the business and ERP programme teams.
- Support ERP testing, data validation, change readiness and business adoption.
- Work across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance and Sales Operations.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and long-term operational success.
What We Are Looking For
- Leading Manufacturing, operations or supply chain experience.
- Experience managing or supporting organisational change.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application within the relevant business domain.
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and configurations.
- Process mapping, Lean or continuous improvement experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive, analytical and collaborative approach to problem solving.
