The job:
As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be looking for a Process Improvement Consultant to join our team. This is a varied and highly visible role focused on supporting transformation across the whole organisation, identifying practical opportunities to improve how we work, and helping teams deliver change that creates measurable value.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- You’ll work across teams and functions to understand current ways of working, identify pain points, and turn improvement ideas into clear, achievable actions:
- Identifying quick wins and practical improvements You’ll spot opportunities to simplify processes, remove duplication, reduce friction, and improve efficiency without overcomplicating how teams work.
- Supporting organisation-wide transformation You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to support transformation activity, helping connect people, processes, tools, and governance so change lands well and delivers meaningful outcomes.
- Mapping and improving processes You’ll review existing processes, capture current-state and future-state ways of working, and help teams agree clear, practical improvements that are easy to adopt.
- Turning insight into action You’ll use data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insight to highlight where improvements are needed and support teams in prioritising the changes that will make the biggest difference.

About you
- We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and confident working with people at all levels of the organisation:

- Analytical and practical, with the ability to understand problems quickly and recommend sensible solutions
- Comfortable mapping processes, facilitating discussions, and turning ideas into structured actions
- Proactive, adaptable, and focused on making improvements that are realistic, useful, and easy to embed
- Passionate about improving outcomes for colleagues, clients, and the wider business
