About The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Process Improvement Engineer opportunities within manufacturing and production environments across the UK. What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Analysing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Conducting data collection and analysis to support process optimisation recommendations
- Collaborating with production, quality and operations teams to implement process improvements
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Contributing to compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant operational standards
- Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
- Documenting process improvements and best practices

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering or a comparable operational environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments
- Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping techniques
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
