Salary Range

£67,023 – £74,470

Working pattern: Hybrid (40% office attendance)


About the Role

This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to join a high-performing Process Improvement team transforming how Finance operates. Focused on automation, AI, Copilot, Power BI and Power Automate, the role will involve:

  • Building new insights through visualisation
  • Automating manual processes
  • Helping teams embrace emerging technologies

You’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation across Finance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Process Improvement initiatives – Uncover, understand, and implement meaningful changes.
  • Lead BAU accountability – Act as the single point of contact for delivery.
  • Guide project teams – Understand processes, gather stakeholder feedback, identify inefficiencies, and validate waste.
  • Enable AI & Power Apps solutions – Develop Power BI, Agents, and automation flows.
  • Collaborate with SMEs & suppliers – Identify solutions and agree best approaches.
  • Manage project governance – Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure engagement – Drive adoption of Process Improvement initiatives across Group Cost Management and Finance.
  • Enhance internal knowledge – Share Process Improvement expertise and build skills in others.

Requirements

Essential

  • 3+ years in identifying and delivering process improvements using Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Change Management.
  • 3+ years in Finance, with relevant experience in process optimisation.
  • 12+ months developing Power Apps or AI Solutions, including Power Automate, Agents.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable (but not mandatory)

  • Experience in cultural change or capability uplift efforts.
