Process Inspector

An immediate opportunity for an Electrical/ mechanical Inspection /Inspector. Based on site in Glasgow in our busy Naval manufacturing work cell, you will be the Process Inspector for all products. Current working 37.5 hours flexi start time across 4 days (Mon – Thurs), plus overtime. Our Opportunity As an Inspector you will be part of an experienced team, inspecting products ensuring compliance and engage with all disciplines within manufacturing to facilitate an improvement in product quality and process adherence. Day to day duties include; Support Business objectives by ensuring compliance with Quality and Process requirements Ensure that product or process issues are reported accurately and timely Record Non Conformance within an ERP system. Verify that required quality assurance documentation is complete and accurate Check, prepare and document Production records/conformity About You The successful candidate will have a proven working knowledge of Electro/Mechanical Inspection and understanding of quality processes. Qualified in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, you will be able to interpret engineering drawings & specifications, provide data analysis and write reports.
